Booking Clerk

Join our dedicated team at Spikes Ford. We are looking for an individual to fill our position as a Booking Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently stocking new and pre-owned inventory of vehicles within our dealership. Your main duties will include:

  • Stock in New and Used Vehicles
  • Book deals & Wholesales Daily
  • Post Vincent Statement
  • Clean inventory schedules
  • Break down deals daily.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Controller.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times!

The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency. Hostess

We are looking for a vibrant individual to fill our hostess position. The hostess will greet customers in person or on the telephone and help answer any inquiries. He/she will also be responsible for directing customers to the proper department for assistance. Here at Spikes Ford, we like to share our five star experience with our customers. Service Advisor

We are looking for an individual to complete our team of Service Advisors - This individual is a forward-thinking partner with a passion for service, people and operational excellence. Ensures that the relationship among the team is healthy and strong. Understands the business and is passionate about implementing policies, providing necessary communication, creating systems, planning and implementing changes for continual improvement. This individual is passionate about team building and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills/Talent:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Able to keep control in sometimes stressful, almost always high pace environment/li>
  • History of effective team leadership
  • Willingness to step outside of job role to assist in other roles within the dealership

Responsibilities

  • Establishing and Maintaining Communication Throughout the Customer's Service Experience
  • Maintaining Excellent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) Scores
  • Advise Customers on Needed and Recommended Repairs
  • Schedule Customer Appointments
  • Resolve Customer Issues and Concerns
